Hejaz Railway Train Station

Hejaz Railway Train Station is located in Al-Ula in the eastern part of the District. The Hejaz Railway Train Station in Al-Ula is smaller than the one in Madain Saleh. Within it is the Ottoman post office, wireless telecommunication office, accommodation for the garrison, other staff and service buildings. At the beginning of the Saudi era, other structures were added such as a principality building and Friday Mosque which became the headquarters of Al-Ula Principality at that time.
