Gateway Of India
It is one of Mumbai’s most striking monuments. It was built to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to India in 1911. Located on the Apollo Bunder road in South Bombay, it overlooks the Arabian Sea on one side and the iconic Taj hotel on the other.
